Dr. Brad Hines did a great job diagnosing and treating my 11 year old lab. She came in near deaths door and Dr. Hines did a methodical and careful workup that got to issue and got her on the right meds. She is doing well and we are grateful.

It's with great honor to write this review about Dr Brad Hines. First let me say that I cannot find enough superlatives in the English language to describe the extraordinary care that Dr. Hines has given to our dog Schmo. We are very thankful to have him in our pets life. He has not only treated our dog but us as well with such devotion, compassion, precision, and professional care. Dr Hines is amazing and fully understands that our pets are as important to us as children are to parents. He recognizes that our pets are family members. He is one of the smartest and most caring vets that we have ever met! He demonstrates empathy and a genuine caring attitude. His care with animals shows he is a true down to earth animal lover. He treats your pet as if they were one of his own. This is super important to us as pet owners. The fact that he gets on the floor with your pet, gives your pet kisses, hugs on your pet, talks to your pet like you would talk to your baby speaks high volumes to us that he genuinely cares about the well-being of your pet! I absolutely adore this about him. Dr. Hines is just not a ordinary common veterinarian he goes above and beyond for his patients ! The kindness and compassion that Dr. Hines exhibits makes us feel so much better and puts our mind at ease. We know in our hearts that our dog is in good hands! When we first brought Schmo in Dr Hines took the time to review all the records and he examined our dog very thoroughly. We never once felt rushed and he calmly answered all our questions and concerns. He took his time and explained everything in extreme detail ...step by step to us! He is fabulous!! He explained all our options to us as well. His level of care and compassion is unparalleled! He personally called us twice daily and sent us updates via email. We are very grateful to have met such an incredible doctor!
