Ever since YRC closed down our agent has been using XPO Logistics out of CO springs. These guys are fantastic! The driver is kind, attentive and has great communication. I've also spoken with two men in the office who are prompt on scheduling our deliveries. All in all, I enjoy doing business with these guys for their timeliness over anything. Our business runs on shipments, so it's important we have a good freight company on board. Will only be using XPO from here on out, thanks guys and gals!

I was concerned after reading the reviews, but this company handled my shipment really well. They were great. I read the reviews and thought that my wheels and tires would be late or difficult to get because the tracking said it needed to contact me to setup a dropoff time. I called, a guy named Brad answered, was really helpful, and then the shipment came right when he said it would. The guy who dropped off the shipment was really professional and helpful. It was easy. So I'm not sure why so many bad reviews, but I had a good experience and wanted to share because I am pleasantly surprised (especially after reading all the negative reviews).
