ABC Auto Transport

This company tried to double the price of my order three days before they were supposed to get my car. They are now making me pay a $200 cancellation fee (which I did sign when I completed the order) however that order was completed when they told me it was $500. They are stating that it was just a quote/estimate however, in their text message to me telling me they can ship my car for $500, they never used the word quote or estimate. They tried to change the price to $900 last minute and are now taking $200 from me because I cant afford double the price literally three days before Im moving states. Whoever Im speaking to has been rude to me, telling me to research the definition of quote, even though, again, the word quote was never used in our conversation.

Arman is a great professional, who communicates every step of the process. My car even weighed a bit over the allotted amount, and he took care of me no problem in negotiations with the truck driver. I felt very comfortable using his services. Extremely reliable. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

No incident of mishap. Fantastic work spirit, transparent charge, heart felt attitude! Provided excellent door to door service. Even I didnt have to worry about anything. In a word, you people are amazing.
