Walmart Vision & Glasses

Wendy got my bifocal line way off and somehow she thought it was funny. She fixed them and when I picked them up she was rude. She didnt care if they was correct. She ignored me while Christina was very nice. Thats why I gave 2 stars.

If you need glasses go see Aaron in the vision center in the Platte Walmart . His customer service was absolutely amazing and he walks you through the process from start to finish and he really goes above and beyond . Also it was a quick turn around time for getting my glasses after I ordered them .

The people there are really friendly and can get things done quick. But the problem here is that I've had to come back 3-5 times just to get ONE pair of glasses. The first time they were the wrong frames and then the next time they were STILL working on them. Then just yesterday we came in to get them and the WHOLE lenses were scratched and I could not see a thing out of them. Wow.

Friendly staff quick to help. I was a walk-in but only had to wait about an hour. Doctor Salley is very patient, honest and friendly. I hope to see him again.

I had an eye exam less than a year ago and they dilated my eyes and gave me the prescription and out the door I went. I am visiting here and I had some problems with my eyes. I called around and the prices I got were above $100. I called Walmart and the price is $60. The bonus to this story is meeting Dr. Salley! He thoroughly checked out my vision and educated me along the way. His method of teaching is so unique. He not only verbally spoke to me but he had visuals too. Wal-Mart you hired the best!
