Pikes Peak Eye Care

Things started out wonderful, Sallie was extremely helpful as I picked out frames. I came in and picked up my glasses and Jon was very helpful. After wearing the glasses 4days I needed to get them adjusted and came in Wed. morning. Sallie understood what I needed and took my frames in the side area just off the floor. I heard her co-worker, a guy with tattoos on his forearms, clearly overhead him saying " just tell him to accept the glasses the way they are" since it was only him and Sallie in the area I figure he was telling that to Sallie to tell me. I heard him loud and clear. I have found I still need an adjustment and I won't accept my glasses until they are right. I will take my business elsewhere, where the business still has polite customer service. It's sad, in this day of covid, that any employee would have an attitude of pay us money, accept what you get and don't ask for more. I won't accept this and neither should anyone else.

I had an emergency pop up and the frost desk staff went above and beyond to get me seen and I believe a doctor stayed over lunch to see me. The physician was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and professional. I am so thankful they were willing to squeeze me in and get my eye in better shape.
