Matt the manager was very rude and un helpful. We tried to renew epic season passes and he told us that they never renew them at the store but we have done it there every year. He was not helpful and offered no solutions to our problem. Like I said very rude and unprofessional!

End of summer, and nervous about all the supply chain issues, so decided to buy the family skis very early. We got some great help finding the right choices with their knowledge staff and massive selection. The level of service we received was excellent, and far superior to many other shops we've visited in CO Springs. I ultimately ended up with a pair of Nordica's I had been looking at for a while, their techs were able to answer my questions and confirm some of my conclusions from research. I can't say we got a "great deal" since the era of late summer savings on last year's gear seems to be much thinner than years past, but we felt the pricing was very fair and comparable to everywhere else including REI. We did have one glitch when my wife went back to pick up our daughter's skis after mounting the bindings, they told her we had not paid the mounting fee and charged her $25 at pickup. Turns out this is an issue with a new system they are using, so just make sure you check the "customer name" when picking up your gear.

Great place for snow skis, kids exchange program is awesome. Really friendly and helpful staff, will be back next fall for sure.

One of the few bicycle shops in our area. Not I'm sure no one will be surprised to hear that they have a limited selection of bikes right now, but they still have plenty of parts and accessories, and a very knowledgeable staff.
