        My husband likes their shoes because they are easy to put on. This time, we were looking for other style options for him and we ended up with 3 employees all helping and making suggestions. It was impressive and I really felt supported by their staff. (Although there were no other customers in the store until we were checking out.) Thank you for the extra help!

        Absolutely ridiculous how they close before the actual close time listed on their website. There are employees inside ignoring my phone calls & actually answering the phone and hanging up. Absolutely horrible customer service & terrible time management if the doors are locked before closing time. Do employees just get to choose when they want to go home when there are customers here before CLOSING TIME??? Wish I could choose to lock the doors at my job whenever I wanted. Negative rating
