        Just go to the briargate location. If you like bad customer service or lack of acknowledgement in the store when you are ready to drop a wad of cash, go here. The last two times I've attempted to shop here, I've walked out. There's still a person wearing a mask in the store and refuses to help anyone, just stands there at the stockroom doorway,while the useless manager stands behind the register doing absolutely nothing. There's no other customers in the store either. If I knew the regional manager's contact info, I'd file a complaint. I've done retail work for over 25 years, I expect great customer service at Van's. Briargate is worth the drive to spend your hard earned money. F this location.
