Tried to walk in at 9:15am and the door was locked. The kid inside slowly walked to open the door. They tried to make my food but after 20 mins of him tryin to cook an egg and his attitude I walked out. Terrible!

I have been going to this subway for years and it used to be the best.. have ordered online 3 times there to show up and get an email that it has been cancelled and see that the store is closed.. I'm not ordering late today my order was placed at 6pm. I have tried to just go in but its hit and miss if you are going to catch it open. I understand times are hard and hope you get some good help soon.

I hate doing this, but at this point I have to share. I have been coming here for over a decade. The hard part of writing this is that I work near by. They were at one point my favorite Subway. Jen and the owners did a great job (mainly Jen). Ever since Covid and now with Jen gone things just aren't the same. They have allowed this place to run into the ground. I know there are many factors that have put them in this situation but after 5+ attempts over the last two years (where I use to be a once a week to once a month regular) I can't say that any attempts are being made to better this store. From understaffing to improper training of the current staff, I can't justify spending money here anymore. The kid currently working is clearly overworked, underpaid and you can tell just doesn't care. I hope they turn things around, but for now, I don't see this location lasting much longer.

Absolutely terrible customer service here the kid was rude and did not listen and than rang up 2 meals and aparantly don't know 2 cookies and no chips that subway has had forever
