        I don't know how it happens, but the few times I've gone here it has taken a long time to get sandwiches. The last time I went here, after 15 minutes they apologized for the long wait and said it was because they over toasted my sandwich... on a non-toasted sandwich...

        SUBWAY is so confusing. They don't even have one of their stores that show up on their own map within their own app. I THINK there is one in the Flying Horse shopping center, and I wanted to place an online order ,,,, but apparently it no longer exists (in the last 48 hours). SUBWAY online ordering format is nothing short of embarrassing for the company - I feel sorry for the franchisees that bought into this company that are now facing the brunt of the corporate complacency.

        This subway really struggles with service. There are no menus, they often don't have items. Lots of young people working without a lot of oversight.
