Great Wolf Lodge Water Park | Colorado Springs

First time here, our experience with the kids was pretty good. The water park area is warm but the water is cool not warm. Mix that with a warm atmosphere with no sunlight it gets on the cooler end for the kids. Beds are soft and fairly comfy and rooms were clean and the restrooms were very clean. Customer service was the HIGHLIGHT of our stay. The food was pretty good as well and the kids had a pretty good stay overall. Down side: They DO NOT accept cash. Rooms: Clean, beds are a bit on the too soft side for me but were pretty good.

This is a good place to go with kids. The rooms are nothing special but they have lots of stuff for family activities and kids. We did find a used Kleenex in the bed between the sheets. That was pretty disgusting. There are food places on site. Parking was sparse on the weekend we went. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

We had the most wonderful time. The dance party and water Park were our favorite. They have a great arcade, put put, ropes course, water park, and magic quest. Dance parties and Crafts. I only ate at one restaurant inside which was Buckets inside the water park. I thought it was really good. It has other restaurants too, like dunkin, pizza, and a nice restaurant and a nice breakfast restaurant. The room was clean. The life guards were some of the nicest people ever. They were so patient with my daughter and me. They were kind and just totally blew me away. Especially nikohl. I might have spelled her name wrong but I really wanted to remember how great she was. But everyone was. Great experience. The only con would be that it's VERY expensive and you pay with these amazing convenient wrist bands and you lose track of your expenses. At least I did. But it was worth it.
