Hammersmith sucks and needs new management. They processed my HOA payment twice, resulting in an additional charge that wasn't credited to my account. Despite my efforts to reach out via email and phone multiple times, I haven't received any responses. It's impossible to reach anyone who can assist. As a result, I'm having to disputing the charge with my bank to resolve the issue. Ugh

What in the world. Our garage always looked like this and years later now they're telling us to do this. There were no leins then so we had assumed this was ok. But now we get notices for something that always was??? Feels arbitrary. Not to mention Arriana is near impossible to get a hold of. We will take steps to get rid of this HOA if needed

I Cant win with this HOA. While renting my home, the HOA company switched over and I was not notified and my automatic payment fell off. Last year I received a knock on the door and it was a court order. I Fought it in mediation and they advised I should have won because there was no notifications sent to me just weed violations. However the state of Colorado could only go 50/50. I owe over $6000 to the HOA because I was never notified that my automatic payment fell off Until I got the summons. I am sent between the management company and their attorney and CANT make a payment because one sends me to the other and my account is locked because of 1000s of dollars in legal fees and now I owe Another 1000+dollars. I want this HOA gone it has been nothing but hassle and a lein on my home. Nobody can help as there is nobody to contact the HOA refers me to the attorney, and the attorney refers me to the HOA. I am going to be going door-to-door starting today to get enough information to get to the Colorado Attorney General for a review. This is beyond ridiculous.
