Springs Homes for Rent

We had a great experience with Deanna as our property manager. She is very responsive and courteous. Repairs were handled promptly by professional contractors and completed the first time. I would recommend Deanna and Springs Homes for Rent to anyone looking for a place to live.

When I moved in, the front of the house and backyard was a disaster. Among other things, the front of the house had multiple, giant piles of leaves..After a couple of weeks contacting them, Deanna promised me a bottle of wine if I would bag the leaves up myself. I did it. I didnt want my new neighbors, in a new home, to judge me and a free bottle of wine is a free bottle of wine. It took me five days to bag the leaves up. Along with that, the gutters were full of leaves, the yard had deer poop everywhere and the balcony stairs wobbled and had loose nails and boards. Long story short, I never received the bottle of wine and on move out they charged me 550 dollars for yard cleanup. This is not an honorable way to do business. Their words and actions will make it seem like they are a fair and a hands-on company, but its not real and it's vain. When it'll come down to it, they'll nickel and dime you, reguardless of how the place was when you moved in. My advice is to rent from someone else, pretty sad how it ended up, I never missed a rent payment, fixed things if I could myself and was a pretty quiet tenant.. but they're really, in actuality, not going to care about you.

Will not even talk to you without a great credit score. Nothing else matters here except credit scores so beware.
