Molly's Mountain Pies

I order a pizza with extra meat and got a ton of extra veggies. This place is okay just a massive amount of veggies on your pizza.

It seems like Molly's Mountain Pie is going down hill quickly. My wife and I stumbled across Molly's earlier this year when we moved to the Springs and we absolutely loved the place. It had fantastic food and their prices were fair. Hands-down our favorite pizza joint and one of our favorite restaurants in Colorado Springs overall. I don't know what's happened, but the food has been really subpar the last three times we've ordered. The first time we though maybe we imagined it, the second time it definitely wasn't up to their previous standard, and this third time is likely our last order. I'm not sure if they've changed management, changed recipes, changed ingredients, or their quality control just isn't there anymore but it doesn't even seem like the same pizza. Guys this pizza used to be phenomenal. The crust was soft and fluffy with crispy edges and the pizzas were full of flavor. Now it's flat and chewy. There wasn't much sauce and overall the flavor just wasn't there. It was also very dry this time and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while which wouldn't make sense if you've seen how they make their pizza. It honestly reminded me of old Domino's Pizza this time around which is not at all what I remember from our first several times ordering. This was just bad pizza. Their cheese bread used to be so good that we've ordered pizza from Molly's a few times just to get it. It wasn't even worth going in for a second piece this time around. I'm not sure what happened but hopefully they pull it around again. We might give them another try in 6 months or so but other than that we're done ordering. It's really sad because a month ago I would have rated them 5 stars. The service and people are still great but the food isn't worth it anymore. Best of luck Molly's, I hope you guys pull through!
