The staff have always been sooo sweet to me every time I've ordered from this location, or any other Boriello Brothers location, for that matter. The pizza is always amazing, the best I've had anywhere. The cheese is always falling off (in a good way) and the pizzas get loaded with your toppings of choice. The canolis aren't the best in the world, but everything else is just great. Especially the garlic knots! I ordered delivery on a Saturday night and the pizza did take about an hour and a half, but 1) it was so worth the wait, and 2) they made it up to us for taking a long time. Honestly, I don't mind. I'll wait for them any day of the week! Just order earlier than you want to eat, is my advice.

The food is the best. College pizza to die for, fried ravioli yum!!! The sauce on their pizza is good. Need help with their people and customer service.

The pizza is horrible! Some of the worst I've ever had. The calzone was terrible and undercooked. The pasta is the only thing they got going for them. NY would be ashamed with them. They really need to reinvent their crust and learn how to cook in high altitude to ensure it's cooked thoroughly. The sauce is good, don't touch it.

I really like this place and I never have had a problem with the service or deliveries until Last week. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and when I got it the pizza looked old and not fresh at all. The ends of the pizza where twisted and rolled up as pizza does if left out for awhile. I called the manager and sent her the picture of the pizza I received. After I sent it the manager called my back to refund my money back on my card. She apologized for what happened and took care of my problem. Like I said this place has awesome pizza but, with one screw up I will keep going back only because their customer service is on point. I just hope they make up for this the next time I order from them again, and I am positive they will.

It's rare I'm compelled enough to write a review but I feel it's about time to write one for BB Pizza - and long overdue! I've been going to BBs pizza for years now, and used to LOVE their pizza. But, the past few years they have gone beyond downhill!! We get pizza from the Centennial location probably once a month, and they have messed up at least the last 5 out of 6 orders - everything from extremely poor pizza, to quoting 45 mins for delivery and showing up an hour and a half later, to completely messing up orders - forgetting pizza sauce with the garlic knots, messing up the toppings (don't ever try to get different items on half the pizza!), to the phone order takers not knowing how to apply a coupon. Arrrgh! This last purchase was probably the last - coming home from skiing we decided to pick up a "take & bake" pizza. Seemed like a good idea since we usually had to heat up the delivered pizzas anyway. Wellll, we followed the store rep's directions (350 degrees for 15 mins, or until 'ready') and it was a disaster. We cooked it over 20 mins, the top was done, but the dough was a floppy soggy mess!! Maybe she gave us the incorrect temp, but by then it was too late. It was HORRIBLE! It's really a shame since they used to have the best pizza in town, but I can't even remember the last time I got a decent pizza from them. Speaking to several friends, it appears to be the general consensus. Seriously doubt I'll ever return.
