    I highly recommend Train with Joe to help you meet your fitness goals! For years I have felt stuck, knowing generally what to do but lacking the time and accountability needed to get it done. After the first workout with Joe I knew I was in the right place. Joe is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and he gets you right to work and provides an amazing workout that doesn't waste your time. His gym is clean, organized, and has great equipment for all types of training goals. Joe has also provided me with helpful nutrition information and accountability and I've seen great results! It's been 3 1/2 months and I feel great and have a sustainable exercise and nutrition plan. If you want an effective, customized, and dynamic training program that gets results, then you need to Train with Joe!

    My name is Mel and I just completed my first week of training with Joe. I am very impressed with him. He is very attentive to every lady in the class and works with you on your level. I was very nervous to go in, as once again, I am starting over! The other ladies were very welcoming!!! The gym is the cleanest I have ever been in, since Covid we all are concerned about it. I would encourage anyone to check Joe and his gym out, you will be surprised and very pleased!!

    My favorite place to workout! I have been coming to Joe for almost 3 year, I have stopped coming a couple of time but I always end up coming back. This has been the place where I actually have seen results in less than a month. Joe is very attentive, motivates you and is always trying to make you improve, and reach your goals.     One month of training with Joe lead to more progress than 9 months of trying myself. I was a recent graduate of engineering college and over 5 years I left myself go heavily and gained about 30 LBS. I used to run track, I used to look fit, I used to feel better. I thought after graduating, It would be easy to get in shape. I started eating right, going to the gym 5 days a week and...I only lost 6 LBS at best.... This was frustrating and its why I went to see him. He has over 30 years of experience and it shows. Our sessions are 3 Days a week for an hour, and in only a month I have lost up to 14 lbs. He makes you work, but more importantly he shows you how to work and really get in shape. That's what made the difference, a kind guy showing you how and what to exercise to achieve what you want. If you want to see results, get to your goals, and meet a pretty amazing guy, Train. With. Joe!
