Receptionists went out of their way to really help me out before my trip, and everyone was so nice. Ill be sure Im back for them going above and beyond.

Please don't waste your money and time at this place. The worst service ever. The Pfendler of Optometry is not going to listen to you or your needs, explain things to you properly, or care about what you want out of the appointment. I asked her for colored contacts since I'm not good with clear ones putting them in or taking them out, she gave me a prescription for clear ones. I called to get a different prescription for colored lenses which was what I originally asked for and she refused to change my prescription after being charged $79.00. They are good at taking money from patients but not helping you or giving you what you need. AVOID this Clinic, look for a better one. It's a shame Costco has them, it's the first time I've ever faced this in my life when it comes to getting a prescription for eye contact lenses.

Great office! The staff were all super nice and friendly and the doctor was very knowledgeable and efficient. Great experience I will definitely be back!

I was 10 minutes late due to traffic caused by Costcos insane gas line that pushed traffic past Trader Joes. Not only were the staff rude, but they were very unaccommodating. I would never recommend this place and I would suggest to go somewhere else.
