Best service recieved and knowledge staff present I've ever experienced in a glasses shop. So happy with the experience and love the unique and vast inventory they stock, not going to find those brands just anywhere in CO.

These guys offer top notch service. I went in today for some minor wear item repairs on my glasses and they had me out within 10 minutes. Super profession, super quick. I look forward to any business I have with them in the future.

Great unique selections and customer service is outstanding! I appreciate the kindness of the staff. I had my sunglasses adjusted a few times and had one of my sunglasses nose pad replaced for free. I still get lots of compliments every time I wear my sunglasses I purchased from this store.

If I were rating Europtics based solely on frame quality and customer service, I would give them five stars easily. They have a great selection of quality frames not made by Luxottica, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, there are two main things that keep me from doing this. The lesser of the two things that makes me give a lower review is their restyling/exchange policy. A few years ago, I got glasses from Abba, also located in town. When they didn't work out, I was able to do a restyle and, when the frames were cheaper, I received a bit of a credit. The policy at Europtics is different. Once again, the first frames I got simply didn't work. However, their policy is not to give any credit, even if the second frames are cheaper. It's an understandable policy, but worse that at least one of the other eyeglass stores in town. The major problem I have is the lens quality. The lenses from Europtics are heavier than any other lenses that I have, and their quality feels lower. At first, there was a film left over from the adhesive. After I cleaned this off according to the manager's instructions, the lenses still felt oddly filmy and tinted. Despite this, they were considerably more expensive than lenses anywhere else. If my math is correct, they were over $250 for the lowest level lenses -- and that's for a single, simple prescription with no tint, no blue light blocking, etc. When the simplest lenses are this much, I'd expect them to be the best lenses I've ever had. Instead, they're possibly the worst. If you're looking for quality frames made in America, Italy, or Japan, Europtics is the place to go. But I'd recommend skipping the lenses and having those done elsewhere, if possible. They're simply not worth the cost.
