        Ridiculous wait time on Saturdays, being the only clinic open for the whole city on Saturday, and only for 4 hours. Many people have jobs that dont allow for taking time during the week.Only one front desk person and not enough chairs to accommodate those waiting. Only positive is the friendly staff, but they are likely overworked.

        The redheaded woman ( I forget her name) is probably the most skilled Phlebotomist Ive ever encountered. She was fast, efficient, easy-going, and I felt NOTHING. She found my vein so quickly and I have zero bruisingI was thoroughly impressed.
