The service of the doctors was okay, the billing service, not so much. I overpaid by $50, I asked them for a refund (after they already had my money for over 30 days), they said they would send it to me, but it will take up to 14 days. I didn't pay my bills that way, why should they be allowed to pay theirs? When I asked her why they didn't automatically send me my overpay, she said....we don't have access to that kind of information...Really! It's called an aging, and all company's have them. So, why didn't I get a "credit" statement this month?....Oh, that's because you knew you owed me money. This is how companies make their extra money...scam...scam...scam...or, is is stealing? Hmmm!
