Flagship Health

Flagship exceeded my expectations. Firstly, I was able to get seen promptly without having to wait 3 months. And then when I went, everything was comprehensive. I spent an hour with the doc and felt like they cared about me well-being. Everyone there is nice and professional. I recommend them to anybody.

I was referred to Flagship Health because I needed a Primary Care Provider and I am new to this area having just moved here. I was also referred to Flagship Health because I'm a Veteran and I needed help understanding the VA Claims process. Flagship Health is a new office, super clean facility, with helpful and available staff. Any time I contact the office manager he always has an answer or gets back to me with an answer. The Doc understand the VA Claims system at a very high level and also has worked with young and old clients, and has a good understanding of health limits and where each person should be at in their life. I have not had any issues so far with Flagship, my company uses CIGNA insurance and the billing has been seamless without issue. I would recommend Flagship Health to anyone that is in need of a Primary Care Provider and / or someone that is filing for a VA Claim.

I cannot recommend this facility enough. I had absolute grown tired and numb to community care through the VA. I discovered this practice and I can that the people here go far and beyond in providing expert and personalized care. The staff as a whole are personable, friendly, and take their time in addressing your needs and ensuring you have everything you need before you leave. They create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere even when it comes to subjects you may feel uncomfortable about. I am very thankful that I discovered this practice and feel safe in their care.
