        Carl came out, I told him keys were in trunk. He proceeds to unlock the back door setting off the alarm, in turn making the trunk button not working. I paid 120 and he left. I recommend a different company. Again he left WITHOUT getting the keys.

      I'm sorry that the trunk release didn't work. When I first talked with you, I told you that I don't make car keys, and you said the trunk release would work.
