I get their $35 pedicure. They're never too busy for last minute walk-ins and have been able to make same day appointments for larger groups. The bathroom is mostly clean and nice. There's also a clean atmosphere and nice nail techs. Some are a bit quiet but still they're pleasant.

Nail techs are aggressive and careless while providing services. My nail tech lady scaped my fingers so hard with the nail file that it made my cuticles bleed. I let her know that I was in pain and to stop cutting my fingers and she says "it's okay". It was a strange experience because when I walked in four of the techs was sitting on their phones not acknowledging anyone and the ones that were working seemed bothered at having business. I used to LOVE this salon but sadly I will not be returning. I hesitated on leaving my review because I thought it was just a one time experience or that it was in my head. But after reading other reviews, I feel validated in my experience. I would like you guys to know that you completely destroyed my nail bed and my nails have been struggling to becomes healthy again. Your tech not only cut up my fingers, but refused to use the color I requested, overused UV lighting, and sloppily applied the paint, did not provide ALL services that were paid for, then made excuses for abusing my hands. Buyers Beware. There is a negative energy in this salon.

They charged me $30 for gel polish. They did not have to take old polish off, file my nails, do French tips or design, or anything besides paint them one color. Plus the man that did my nails was super aggressive and rude the whole time. Way more expensive than anywhere else Ive been in the Springs, plus they make you feel very uncomfortable while theyre overcharging you.
