Sorry company from the Director down. They bully employees and tell you that you are not "communicating" when it is them that are the ones who cannot communicate. Got let go because I asked to work- pt had to be followed to school and they got mad at me because I kept asking about it. Told me that there were NO OTHER pts to work with in the whole area of COLORADO SPRINGS. They are just horrible to work for and backstabbing then talk about you behind your back. This is why they cannot keep nurses or clients. Small company that just needs to fade away. And for the owner's response you lie too. I did not call out frequently which you know when you have the flu it is hard to come in. Secondly, you have no proof I crossed any professional boundaries, so stop. You heard something that you have NO idea that it was true or not. And as far as your "culture" what was it? Because I never saw it. You never shared it out in the field. You expected everyone to do the way you expected but you never went out and worked in these homes. And what company policies were not followed? You never wrote me up or did anything administrative on me. So, please lie on social media. All I wanted to do was work with a child that you knew went to school. You had this pt on your roster since 2022 with no nurses. Last case was the same- and you wonder why this happened. I did nothing to you nor any of your snowflake employees who don't have the ability to deal with complex issues or any other employee who may be mad and upset because you screwed them over whether on money or hours. So you can F off on your comments. And if I wasn't a good fit why did you hire me twice? I wouldn't believe a word that comes out of your mouth or anyone elses. If I was such a problem please produce the paperwork showing that, but you cannot because there is none. You can go be misconstrued or perceived texting. Maybe you need to teach your own office staff how to deal with fellow employees instead of boo hooing to the director that their little feelings were hurt. You are a bully and also harass employees like you cannot deny you did it to me. I will be glad to.post your own words on here too. Like firing someone via text- real professional-I guess you should've called me when i wasn't working for you so I could say what I really wanted to say.but no, you called while i was working for you. You embarrassed yourself and your darling company you own with zero over sight. If you feel so justified and I don't care about your wishes for my future endeavors because they will be happier being away from this company and making alot more money.so anyone wanting to work here beware! I am not posting this for fun. Nor am I being vindictive just vindicated!

Terrible communication among the team. Minimal training if at all.
