Ace Hardware Bon

I was unsure what I need for some repairs and needed some advice on some garden tools and so much more. Josh really helped out and took his time to get me what I needed and directed me to the ill aisle I needed to be in . He seemed new but he was confident and was patient with me . We need more people like him.

I had a fantastic experience yesterday in the hardware department. Mike went above and beyond to help me find the hardware I needed to do a small repair on my truck. He spent at least an hour with me finding the various nuts, bolts, and washers. He even went out to the parking lot to help me install them. I also had him make a couple spare keys while I was there and he made sure to come out to the parking lot with me to check that they worked well! It was truly exceptional customer service!

The Ace Hardware at Bon Shopping Center is the best little hardware store in town. It is great for grabbing quick little things without having to leave the neighborhood. As a contractor it saves my tail WEEKLY. Being able to run up there ilo going all the way to a big box store... huge help. And all the folks in there are very helpful and friendly and genuinely care about the neighborhood. Plus - they love my kiddo and doggo.
