      image I have done two workouts now & I love it. The trainers will push you and kick your ass into shape. I love the drop in style of the program rather than other group gyms with Ridged class times. My second workout I burned 700 calories in 40 minutes, that is awesome!!The inside is clean and the equipment is in good condition. My only con is that it is pricy.

      image This is the BEST place to get a workout in, especially if you're short on time, you can't make normal class starting times, or you need help that rivals personal training. I used to take hour-long kickboxing classes, but I feel like I get all that and more in 30 minutes at 9Round!
