This gym is always overcrowded. Customer service is incompetent both on the phone and in person. Their contracts are totally unfair and they will harass you for payments even if you were misguided by customer service as to cancellation policy, etc. Bathrooms are smelly, hot tub is filthy.

Although there is a lot of equipment and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, VASA as a whole is completely overcrowded. I've been a member for over a year and have seen the overcrowding get out of control. I can't think of a time of day when it's not full or near capacity. VASA definitely has no plan to limit how many people they enroll, it seems money trumps availability. I'd highly recommend finding a less crowded gym.

I've been coming here to vasa for years. Deleted my 5 star review to write this one. They've started stacking things like the weighted packs for walking, or the bench bars and putting then in the "VIP Area". So now the VIP area has 4 large bars for bench/squat. 6 weighted bags. Half the dumb bells. Like most the equipment in the gym is in there now and we can't touch it despite it being outside of the cage for years now talked to the manager about it and she said that's how it's always been... even tho it literally wasn't just last week, last month, hell even last year. This new manager doesn't order food, they never have drinks in stock, she says they're ordering new equipment but that was months ago and half the equipment is still broken, the rest of it's in the VIP area.
