Pottery Barn

Ordered a rug pad for one of the two rugs I ordered. After waiting 5 months, I finally cancelled the order. Had already been charged but was unable to get my refund for several weeks and LOTS of time on the phone. Example of a company that has grown so big they no longer care about their customers.

Went to this Pottery Barn this morning to find fabric for the sofa I am ready to order. what a frustrating experience. The person waiting on me seemed to want to rush me through the experience asking if I had worked with someone months ago when I was in there. I had, but that individual was not in the store. the clerk asked if I had pictures of my living room. I don't need pictures to pick out fabric. I asked if there were certain colors in fabric types. again, a rushed curt response. she kept saying she'd have the person who waited on me call me. long story short, she took my phone number and went to check the schedule to see when this person would be into work. not for another week and a half!! So this is the deal, I have to wait a week and a half just to get a phone call. then I have to wait if I want an in home call. I know what I want, I just want to take home a fabric swatch bigger than a fly swatter to see if the color works for me. I asked her if this design person worked full time. answer was NO. So there's no one to assist you in the store if you want to order furniture and the customer has to wait until they have staff scheduled to wait on you. Unbelievable. I'm ready to spend almost $11,000 on furniture but will take my business elsewhere. Also, for those of you reading this review, note that the 4 & 5 star reviews that are posted are from "Local Guides", almost none of which actually leave comments. looks like someone is working to pump up the star rating on google. Don't fall for it, the store and the help are awful.

3 months in and we still don't have our furniture delivered. Nobody seems to know where it is. I have had to call dozens of times and no luck. What an awful experience. Pottery Barn also doesn't allow ship to store for this location. You are required to go to Denver.
