Cappadona Funeral Home

If I could give zero stars I would. My bestfriend has been dealing with this funeral home for a year. She just yesterday received the death certificate of her husband, because of negligence on the part of the funeral home. They gave her terrible finger prints, they did his makeup so lazy and blotched. They didnt have a single care about the integrity of this man or family. No care in the world how they felt as long as they got the money.

Alicia needs to work on her bedside manner a little. I didnt appreciate the way she spoke to my mother about my deceased brother. It was too direct and curt. And Alicia sold my mom a necklace that was supposed to have some of my brothers ashes in it. That was a few weeks ago and my mother still hasnt received the necklace.

We started searching for the right funeral home in just a few days after the passing of my mother. We were treated with dignity,respect and genuine empathy at a time when it matters, the most. We knew that our loved one was in caring hands. Would highly recommend. thank you Paula and Alicia.

The experience I had at Cappadona was an unforgettable one. I lost my 21 year old son March 2022 which is horrible for me and my family. I was assisted by Alicia who made me feel like family and didnt even know me. She made sure every decision I made wasnt rushed. Worked with my every change and requests. My sons service turned out amazing And I would recommend Alicia to anyone anytime they need it. In fact I lost my cousin and my aunt in June and called Alicia right away and she was so professional and willing to assist and I am truly grateful. Thank you
