Shrine of Remembrance

Costa the owner promised me work after making an agreement on a start date and keeping in touch with Costa until I got moved back from South Carolina. Then few days before my start date when we meet he tells me he will have to think about my employment. Which Costa and I made agreement that he would hire me and l wouldn't seek other employment. Now am out of work thinking I had employment. Is this a man of his word. Thanks to the decease they can't speak on what else he does.

We made final arrangements for my mother's service with Matthew today. He is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, thoughtful and empathetic. I am pleased to be working with him and believe he will see that our wishes are carried out to the best of his ability. I would highly recommend their services during a most difficult time.

My mom recently passed away unexpectedly, when this happens you have to make arrangements on the spot. I am an only child and have never lost a close family member, to have to make final arrangements for. The coroner gives you a list of places to call and I just went down the list, the few places I called before Shrine of Remembrance were absolutely Horrible!!! I had just lost my mom, and I was treated as if I was a bother, no condolences completely unsympathetic. Thankfully I called Shrine of Remembrance and a very very kind gentleman, with a calming embracing voice answered my call, it was Dino the owner. What a Blessing!!!!!!!!!! He spoke to me as if we were friends, and made me feel very comfortable with my situation. I had to go in to finalize paper work, and was very nervous, as I didn't know what to expect, well let me tell you that not only this place is beyond amazing but absolutely stunning, extremely welcoming and warm.I was greeted by Dino the owner, and immediately felt so good and knew I had made the right decision to have my loved one at this place. He introduced me to Mathew, his nephew, as this is a family business. He proceeded to go over all of the options and paper work. What a well spoken, well mannered and knowledgeable young man. Thank you Dino, Mathew and Shrine of Remembrance.
