        Requested extra crispy fries and they were literally soggier than I've ever had from a McDonalds!

        We waited 25 30 minutes for our food and by the time I've got it my burger bun on the bottom was hard as a rock. Then employees seemed upset when requesting or order after 30 minutes. Food all over the play area for the kids. And my son almost peed his pants waiting to use the bathroom because one of the employees closed it for cleaning during rush hour.
