The whiney customers are the only problem I have with this location. They handed you the food and drinks, and you still sat at the window for two minutes! Go check your bag in the parking lot, don't you see or care for the cars behind you? Most people get a 30 minute lunch, move your butt, I'm hungry too!

Drinks are often overfilled, especially slushes. They overfill and then just jam a lid on top. Ive had to drive home with my arm out the window to avoid a syrupy disaster in my car multiple times. You cant just wipe it off with a napkin; you have to remove the lid, drain the cup some, rinse the lid and crevice out completely, reinstall, wipe it down again, then wash your hands. They can't keep up with increased traffic. Drive through lane is regularly 12+ cars deep wrapped around to the adjacent street. Ive never seen a Taco Bell struggle this much. Update: theyve resorted to this new tactic where they tell you to pull around to the parking lot and theyll bring it right out so when I pulled around and there were 6 cars already waiting meaning the woman ended up just walking around aimlessly trying to guess what food went to which car.

Today they're running late because they're training new people. That just tells you That tells you that they don't know what that they're doing to open on time with new people. If making me wait an extra five minutes.

Tried to eat here tonight. Even started a chain reaction of diners, since the place was totally empty when I came in. Despite having no customers and about 15 teenagers "working", the place was sp filthy I had to just bounce.
