        Over promise and under deliver. I pay as quickly as yiu ask. You set the time expectations not me. I return for my glasses and I get a sorry not ready. I asked politely why? Excuses immediately follow we only have so many y people working. My first question I'd why incorrectly set expectations. I've got things to do today. I was upset when I was rudely interrupted by another worker who said it will be ready tomorrow at 10am. So bye? Look it's about setting g expectations and not being rude when called out on being unprofessional. Lens crafters from here on out. My time is precious play stupid games win stupid prizes.
