Powers Center Cleaners

I purchased a garment which someone must have worn and returned. It smelled horribly like body odor, but I adored the fit. So I took it here and asked prior to paying and handing it over if getting rid of this intense scent was possible. I even asked the gentleman at the front desk to smell it to be sure it was possible. He took the item and charged me. Upon returning the scent was still completely there and it was as if they had done nothing at all to reduce the smell. I informed him, he smelled it said he could not smell the scent and informed me hed try again, but this time around, he could not guarantee the scent could be reduced. I asked if I could receive a refund due to services not completed. He denied me. Upon returning to pick up yet again (spending excessive time on this now) it still smells awful. Very poor customer service honestly. We just moved to the area and use a dry cleaner a great deal, but will not be returning to this cleaner again due to the lack of service. If they could not manage to cure the scent on this item I would have understood, but please do not charge me for a service and then not rectify when you truly can not perform the service being asked of you. My husband could smell the intensity of the body odor scent upon me returning with the garment and commented it almost seemed as if it had gotten worse somehow. I agree it did smell worse somehow.

The owners are incredibly friendly and they're wonderful at their job! They steamed and cleaned my wedding dress and it turned out great for our wedding day. Thank you!

This place is PHENOMENAL. They came in the clutch for me, had my clothes cleaned in a timely manner, and even repaired a loose seam all before I picked it up.
