Terrible service. The man lied and did not have my stuff ready when agreed. The quality was even worse. Avoid this place at all cost!

I don't understand the other reviews. I've been using this business for years. They are ALWAYS very polite and pleasant. The clothes are well cleaned and cared for. I highly recommend them.

They should change their name to WORST CLEANERS. I used this dry cleaner for the past 3 years and all my orders were good, but the business got sold. The new owners are incompetent and belligerent. I will NEVER go back to this place!

My husband brought in our Caifornia King expect ing good service. They are called Best Cleaners. When he picked it up, we noticed that the comforter didn't look clean and had 2 big blood stains on it that were not there before. My husband brought it back, and was told there was nothing they could do, and it was clean. It was not clean. He was told again they would do nothing to help us. He brought it back home, when we took it out of the bag, and tried to put it in our duvet, we noticed it was the wrong size. Both he and I went back in to let him know we had the wrong bedding. He not only wouldn't make this right, he argued with us and expected us to take home the wrong bedding. He wouldn't even pay us for the dry cleaning, and has no record, or wouldn't look it up, of where our bedding was. I will never go back. Beware if you use this service. Service: Comforter cleaning

I went to Best cleaners and asked how much to clean my leather coat. I told the lady it was 3/4 length. She told me 25 dollars to clean it. I am disabled but receive no income. I saved for 2 months to get it cleaned. When i had enough money i brought it in. The man now tells me its 45 to clean. My son was with me and agreed to pay the rest. So i pick up the coat and half the front was still dirty. The lady then tells me they dont clean the wool lining. I told her that a lady told me it was 25 but i paid 45 but it was not finished. She said she was the only lady there and she didnt say that. My son heard her too. She called me a liar. Please read the reviews before trusting your valuables and i wouldnt pay until you get your items back. This is the worst service i have ever received.
