        Walked in around 6pm tonight and the first thing I heard was the word "sh-t" coming repeatedly from the mouth of a person working behind the counter. That's seriously unprofessional. I don't want to be bombarded with swears from employees at places of business. Clean it up.

        The Asian woman at the checkout counter kept trying to force me to sign up for a Nordstrom card. I kept declining but she wouldn't let me go for nearly 10 to 15 minutes. When she saw that I would not sign up, she rudely turned away while I gathered the things I paid for and left.
