        Please modernize ENT! Despite filling out surveys for over a year and mentioning these specific things, nothing has changed. I would be putting all of my money here because its nice to have a branch right down the road. However, there is still: No Apple Pay No Zelle No Venmo No Debit or CC payments towards loans Ugh. Constantly frustrated by this account and its lack of modern features. Very inconvenient. Please catch up with technology ENT. You would have so much more business.

        had my vehicle totaled back in November. has been a lot of back and fourth between ENT and the insurance. highly frustrated with ENT as what im hearing is never consistent. The holidays have made things hard AS IS. however a rep at ENT told me I could ONLY get a total loss packet (to submit to GAP) through the mail which would take 5-10 business days. fast forward Day 11 I reach out to ENT again asking for an update only to be told they could email me the packet. Less than 2 minutes later that packet is in my email. after waiting 11 days for nothing!!! only 10 find out after submission GAP will take 30-45 days to even process the claim. THANKS ENT!!!

        There seems to be a major disconnection of customer service between this headquarters and the rest of the ENT branches. This is the second time I've been disappointed with this headquarters customer service in the 10+ years I've been ent.

        If I could give zero stars I would! One of the most unprofessional banks you will ever do business with!!!!! Their customer service will hang up on you, they will tell you stuff that are lies. Do not waste your time opening an account with this bank? Do not get a car loan with this bank. Do not do anything with this bank, they are criminals. John I have already wasted my time trying to work things out and NONE of your employees care or even try to care so no John I won't waste my time talking ro you so you can do nothing about it just like ALLLLLL of your so called managers did nothing about it but lie to my daughter and me, then try and talk down to me. Your employee is lucky he runs his mouth over a phone and not in person!!
