AT&T Store

Had to stop by here a couple of weeks ago due to ATT completely fumbling their own trade-in program for the S24 Ultra that I recently got from Samsung. I'm sure most Android users looking to get their hands on the new S24 know all about the "$1000 trade-in" deal ATT had going on through the Samsung website, but as I (and LOTS of others) quickly discovered, ATT never responded with any information on how/where to send back our trade-in devices. I tried calling a few times and was originally told to look for an email with the pertinent info needed to send them my old device.... it never came. Then I was eventually told that I would automatically receive a "return bundle" shortly after receiving my new phone, which consists of a box, a prepaid label, packing instructions, etc..... which also never came. Mind you, this is all slowly happening while there's a 30 day deadline for them to receive your trade in device before you have to pay full price for that brand new $10,000,000 phone! Anyways, long story slightly shorter, my frustration finally persuaded me to head in to this store in the hopes that someone, ANYONE would surely know how to get the ball rolling on returning this Note 20 Ultra 5G that's still in perfect condition (why would they make me work so hard to give them a device in perfect condition that they could easily refurbish & resell for much more??)! Sadly, it was not to be. The only person in the store (can't remember his name, but he's a pretty big guy!) said he had no idea what I was talking about and that he hasn't received any other customers asking about the trade in deal, which I found incredible, especially after seeing the backlash $ vitriol ATT was receiving online!! Even so, he told me he would be happy to honor the "up to $1000 trade-in" deal for my old phone! Nothing getting lost in the mail, no lies from customer service people who have no idea what you're talking about, no fiddling with my plan that I've had for years (common problem!), etc...... he just applied the same deal I had signed up for on Samsung, took my old device, and away I went. Like I said, can't remember the guy's name, but you would know who he is if you saw him! Can't thank that guy enough for turning a quickly deteriorating situation around for me!!

Absolutely not worth it!!! One person in the whole store is amazing named John. Otherwise it is a waste of time

Excellent service from friendly staff. There is a corporate store much closer to my home but this store is much better. Keep up the good work, I will be back for any new purchases.
