Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

Long story short: I reluctantly went to Cricket and was overwhelmingly surprised! I was clueless about their plans, coverage area and device options - and to make matters more stressful to had less than and hour with 0 expectations of making a purchase. Low and behold the cheerful sales representative, Shawn, was full of knowledge and did an amazing job finding the right device and plan for my elderly mother and I was able to make my next appointment on time! Thank you Shawn & Cricket!

Everytime I go in there the employees are rude and mean. I go up there to put more mobile hotspot on my phone and the worker suspended my phone after she called me wanting the money that I gave her back after I asked for my refund. She was very unprofessional and completely incompetent about how to add features to my phone. I would appreciate it if the District manager of this Cricket store would get ahold of me as well I'll be contacting customer service and corporate on Monday morning
