        Yes Ak was the gentleman who helped me pick out my phone for what suited me. I was transferring my number from verizon and was asking every metro store in spring regarding IPhone 12 promo everyone was like out of stock and they dont want to sell them to me coz its cheaper but Ak got me my I-phone 12 for 99 and gave me good discount on accessories. His personality and customer service we're highly respectable I would go back to see Ak again.

        Its very hard to track down good phones compatible with thier network. Even at stores they often run out of anything but avrage phones, cheap flip phones are impossible to find, and their better phones that serious techies need are impossible to get AND expensive. Their other varites and generally cheap phone plans make up for it. For example, they have car and dog trackers for about $10 a month. Most activation fees can be waved if you are adding somehting. But staff are often unhelpful and I've come a cross a few racists at this location.
