BUYER BEWARE.If I could give no stars I would and here's whyI had been a 5 year customer with two vehicles.. last year in November I had my spark plugs coil packs and all the wiring replaced by Brian in July I also had my brakes front and rear replaced by Brian. In August I returned because my van was Miss firing he charged me for labor by replacing a couple of misfired coil packs. Which did not resolve the issue so I took my van back 2 weeks later and his Tech Terry stated that I had a cracked spark plug so he charged me for labor. Which also did not fix the issue I called Brian about the issue which he stated to give him three days and he would call me back on how we could resolve the problem. It was well over three and a half weeks before I took my vehicle to a different mechanic at Aspen Auto Clinic I never heard from Brian Aspen Auto Clinic fixed my vehicle at the time with the misfire it cost me $900 additional from what I had already paid Brian to fix the problem that was never fixed by Brian. The only problem was that Brian and his Tech Terry had put in wrong spark plugs to my vehicle . Now as of October 16th I was having problems with my brakes so I went to Greece monkey and did a free break inspection which they inform me that the bottom two bolts on both sides of my front brakes and the springs that connects to my brake pads and never been installed that they were completely missing from the unit entirely and had worn out my calipers now I am forced to again pay for additional repairs on my vehicle that Brian supposedly fixed but I've had to redo all the work that he claimed he had done.

Excellent service and very affordable. The mechanics are upfront and honest with the work they are doing and will go above and beyond to find parts that will fit into your budget.

Took my car to B&M because I'm selling my car, and a potential buyer requested a pre-purchase inspection from B&M. While B&M did a thorough job inspecting the car and made some valid observations, some of their recommendations for the work that would "need" to be done were completely unreasonable. For example, they claimed the ECU had a pending P0137 code, which is due to lower than expected voltage on an oxygen sensor. Keep in mind that a pending code is an irregularity that isn't severe enough or hasn't happened frequently enough to justify a check engine light. Basically, it's the ECU's way of saying, "Hey, I noticed something off, but it's not enough to be considered serious, and I'll erase it if I don't notice it again after enough time". Not only could I not verify this for myself with two different OBDII scanners (one of which specifically has an option for reading pending codes), but B&M claimed that the whole ECU would need to be replaced because of just ONE pending code! That should be the last possible resort option to fix a problem like that, assuming it even existed. And, as a cherry on top, when I picked up the car, B&M had tracked dirt all over my floor mat and door sill that I had worked hard to clean for potential buyers. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
