Theyre estimated completion dates have no grounding in reality and the general manager said that if I needed the repairs done in a specific timeframe (less than a month and a half) I shouldnt have brought the car to them.

Horrible customer service. I had scheduled an appointment at this shop through their customer care line. When I arrived, the lady at the desk told me she didn't have any appointments scheduled at that time. After looking thru her computer, she said I had scheduled it at the other location, I tried to explain that I had specifically requested this location because it was close to my work. I told her it was an Allstate claim. She explains to me that this particular location doesn't take Allstate, but the other does, so there must have been some confusion. Okay, just a mix-up. The lady in the office behind her offers to take the picture for the estimate and send it to the other shop. I was about to say, "That would be amazing, thank you." Until the manager looks at her and says,"No. We're not going to do that. We don't take Allstate, it's not our problem, let the other store deal with it." So the two office ladies were amazing, and this manager needs to be retrained on customer service, or just let go from the company. I would have given them three stars because the two ladies were awesome and it wasnt their fault the customer care number messed up, but that guy ruined it. Taking my business to Gerber
