I recently had my 22 Tacoma side swiped by a semi-truck and then pummeledby hail. Yes, luck was not on my side when all this occurred. However, my luck turned for the better when AAA recommendedI take my Truck to Crash Champions on Platte for repairs. Carol is the best thing since sliced bread and was great to work with. She even showed up on her day off to make sure I had a proper walk thru of my truck and that I was satisfied with the work. Chantelle is also a star at Crash Champions. She always kept me in the loop on the status of my vehicle and was extremely nice anytime I called. (I called a few times and never felt I was annoying her) At the end of the day, my truck looks brand spanking new! While I was sad at the state of my Tacoma prior to dropping it off, I will say I am very thankful for the excellent craftsmanship and the way my truck looks again. Thank you!

As a part of my claim, I decided to go with this business because Service King bought them. However, I went to get belongings out of my car and everything was went through. Spoke to the receptionist, she said when they have no room, they will park it across the street at another business. She said my car along with other cars that were stored there were broken into. I also had wondered why when they are in possession of vehicles, with their keys, the vehicles are not locked?

In a weird way, I'm glad the receptionist was extremely rude to me! I decided to take my business elsewhere, and after reading the reviews about how the rude staff is just backed by a rude manager, I feel like we dodged a lot of headache!
