        If youre looking for Compton in the Springs, look no further. Dirty facilities, police showing up weekly, shouting matches between neighbors, garages getting broken into. For $2,500 a month, its completely unacceptable. Live somewhere else.

        this place is horribly constructed. Staff seems very friendly throughout the beginning process. Once they have you locked into lease they are as rude as can be. These stairs that I have pictures of I was taking my dog out walking on a normal Tuesday as I was walking down the stairs one of the steps had broken. I fell backwards and broke my back I do not recommend Champion Apartments for living.

        The staff is super friendly and really helpful throughout the whole process! From touring to moving in, I felt I was priority and had all the help I needed! The community is beautiful, with amazing amenities! The pool and clubhouse are unlike any other community I have seen! Happy to call Champions home!
