My dad bought her first car from Mason and it was the absolute best experience ever. First off Mason is so cool , professional and funny. He was very personal with us!!! We loved it. She got what she want, and i was satisfied with the price and miles!!! Everyone At Arapahoe Hyundai was so nice. Oh lets not forget about David Seulean the finance guy!!! He rocked. He was funny, and we had great conversation!!! I would definitely recommend them to purchase all your vehicle needs Thanks guys you were the best!!!

Sales team were fantastic, patient and incredibly helpful in me purchasing my first car. I was pretty clueless but Grady took the time to make sure I understood all avenues and options I could take. The team worked with my finances and worked hard for us to be able to make it happen. Couldnt be happier with the service, the car I purchased and the team I worked with. Added note: I really appreciated Gradys sales technique. It wasnt aggressive, harsh or rushed as youd expect to find at these places and as many people had warned me about. He allowed me time to myself to explore my options and stepped in to help where needed. Had he have been aggressive and pushy, Id likely not have purchased a car with added sales pressure. So thank you!

On April 1 we bought a 2023 Hyundai Tucson hybrid we were promptly greeted when we arrived at the dealership. Our finance manager did a great job. The salesman did a good job selling us the car. It wasnt until afterwards that were having problems we purchased the interior protectant to find out it wasnt applied properly or possibly at all. Water seeps quickly into the carpets and sadly the seating has a discoloration from an unfortunate condition After taking delivery of the car and the incident I drove over to the dealership on May the 6th( a Saturday) I met with the finance mgr and the sales representative that sold us the car and a decision was made that the salesman would call my husband on Monday ( in his defense he didnt specify what Monday he would call) sadly I have considered trading in the new car we bought. Because of the lack of service we have received. If we are having problems with a minor issue what problems will we have if something major happens.. we were first time Hyundai buyers and definitely last time Hyundai buyers please note on the right side of the seat something got spilled and according to what we wer told should wipe off with a damp rag ( that didnt work) ******** update ******* 6/16/23 My husband max is currently at the dealership Getting the issues resolved Over memorial weekend the mgr Brett reached out To get us back in and have things. Resolved Im hoping to be able to be a happy customer
