We are a repeat customer of Kimmer Transmission and will continue to be. We started going to KT&G to get help on a transmission problem that another shop could not locate. They even had a hard time with it at first. But Jeff did not give up. He had one of his excellent techs observe in real time the leaking problem as the car got up to operating temperature. The casing on the transmission actually leaked when it got hot through porous openings in the defective housing. They solved that mystery, fixed it and got us going again. Catch Jeff when he is on the air and you'll be amazed at how knowledgeable he is. If he tells you that something needs to be done, you can be confident he is guiding you correctly.

I was ready to spend 10x the amount I did. I thought I needed a full rebuild but these guys are super honest and told me the real problem and saved me thousands of dollars. 10/10 recommend.

We bought a 1999 Ford Ranger XLT 4WD truck whose Kimmer transmission warranty had expired. Jeff worked fixed it and gave us a very fair price for rebuilding it. He included a new 6 month warranty. very Happy to have it back in good shape
