Neighborhood Remodeling Heroes

We had an egress window installed by neighborhood temodeling . They used subcontractors that ended up taking several weeks to complete the project. It was a nightmare. Now the window is leaking through to our home and they won't answer the phones or call me back.

We requested to get a bid on a complete kitchen remodel. The person who came was extremely nice and we really liked him and were very excited to see what they would bid us. A few days later the designer called to talk about some ideas, which was very nice. It has been awhile and still havent received a quote but we have at least heard from them about the delay.

I have called Neighborhood Remodeling Heroes for 2 projects now and I have been very pleased with them. My rep, John, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. He shared his cell and email and has been responding to my many questions at all hours of the day. One of the bids for a project- finishing our basement- came in lower than 3 other bids I also received for the exact same work. However, I am even more excited for the second project- a mudroom renovation. When John came to discuss the project and take measurements, he had a clear understanding of what my vision for the mudroom was, and even added a couple suggestions that will make the space even more functional. I definitely recommend NRH for any general contract work. The estimates arrived quickly and the staff and team are all professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Ask for John!
