Got a full workup test at this facility. Kathy and Gabby were incredible to work with. The facility was clean, bright and beautiful. As a woman, it was also amazing to be around other women in a highly male dominated field. I wish I lived closer so I could attend their classes and utilize their services more. 10 out of 10!

I have been going to The Fast Lab computrainer sessions for over 2 years. Kathy is the best! She is highly motivating, friendly and energetic. I could never do alone on a trainer the level of workout and training that she and her staff provides. The endurance and intensity computrainer sessions I attend at The Fast Lab in the fall, winter and spring are what allows me to keep up riding with good cyclists and triathletes in the summer. I highly recommend The Fast Lab and Kathy!

Very disappointed- New to the denver area and was looking for a new massage therapist. Got a great referral from the gym I go to for fast lab. I was excited to try it since they seemed like a place focused on sports and athletes. Ive been in the health and fitness space for over 13 years as a coach, gym owner and competitor myself. I love all kinds of fitness and weightlifting but I am a crossfit competitor at heart. I was dealing with a tight hamstring and shoulder- when I told the therapist the movements that were hurting me she laughed at me. Then proceeded to tell me I shouldnt be doing many overhead overhead movments in general. She made it pretty clear she really didnt like crossfit. I think she was unprofessional and laughing was rude. I also asked for a firm massage and it was so light Im not sure it helped my muscles at all. I was very disappointed in the experience, being laughed at and was upset to pay for something that didnt help me heal.
