Japanese Car Care/German Imports

Well, I tried pretty hard to give them business but haven't been successful so I unfortunately have no choice but to leave one star. I wanted a mirror replaced on my car urgently because I had to go out of town. The guy I spoke with said no problem and he'd call me back in 30-45 min. Three hours later I called him back and was told he knew exactly what was needed and would call me back in just a few minutes. It's now been 1.5 weeks and I haven't heard anything at all from them. Seems my experience was unique based on the reviews here but such is life.

Absolutely amazing team and shop! Rob is very honest about how he goes about things. Had my 4runner in for routine oil change and they do a full inspection with pictures to let you know what they see. My 2004 4runner had no issues except to replace air filter and they let me know my front brakes were low. I told him I will change the air filter myself and I will schedule to get my brakes done soon. Rob didn't try to sell me anything extra and completed the oil change. Done in about and hour and half.
