    Chose Home guardian after researching and finding many positive reviews, however we are very disappointed in the service we received. The initial consultation and scheduling were great. We had been told at contract signing and scheduling that they would have both our new furnace and A/C unit installed in a day. This was important to us because we were using part of our vacation time to get it done since we work Monday through Saturday. The day before our service date they did call to notify us that it may take an extra day if it rained because they couldn't get moisture in the A/C line outside. We understood this and stated that would be fine. However it did not end up raining that day and the two gentlemen whom arrived late without notification did not complete even just getting the furnace up and running. Only one of the two were present for the entire time the other whom we later found out is a co owner kept leaving supposedly for tools or equipment leaving the one gentlemen to move the heavy equipment and install on his own. This resulted in him injuring his back which we found out the next day when again they had not shown up at the promised time. We were unable to reach anyone other than the consultation tech, at which time he confirmed after speaking to the other owner that our installation tech had been injured and was at a chiropractor. I conveyed our disappointment at this time which is when I was informed the gentlemen whom kept leaving was the other owner. When they finally did arrive to complete the install the other owner blamed the installation tech for the delays. I conveyed our frustration with the lack of communication and delay in install at this time. The co owner told me we should not have been told it would only take a day and that they most likely wouldn't finish on day two either. I explained that would not be acceptable as we were leaving town on vacation and had previously been told it would take 1 day. He apologized and stated at that time that he would discount us the cost of our humidifier as compensation. They did finish installing the A/C unit and furnace that night but the humidifier they had was to large for our space and needed to be order. We were told it would be about two weeks and they would be in touch once they had it to schedule the install. This was the last we heard from them. At the 3 week mark we attempted to call, text and email never getting a response. We did constantly get emails and messages about their solar products and leaving a review. Even responses we sent to these did not receive responses. My husband finally got a hold of the consultation tech who said he messaged the owner and that they were sorry in the delay but our humidifier was going to be another week. We communicated our disappointment in the delay and lack of communication and requested better communication moving forward. July 13Th was the last time I heard from them via a text from Steve Wester (consultation tech) stating that Jarrod (owner) was still waiting on a part. Our original install was JUNE 4TH and we have still to this day not received any further communication or our humidifier. We will be opening a complaint next with the better business bureau.     My experience was strangely similar to what Marcus R. posted on 3/12/22.  I had an appointment for a new AC to be installed on 7/1 but the day before they texted me to let me know there was an issue with my order so I needed to reschedule for the following week.  That week they said there was another setback because of the holiday so it was going to be delayed for yet another week.  This time around, they texted me 45 minutes before they were supposed to arrive informing me that they had another issue and said they didn't have my AC unit yet.  At this point I expressed my frustrations with their management of this process and the owner of their company assured me that they've located my unit and it would be delivered the following Wednesday, so we scheduled the install for Thursday between 9 and 11am.  By noon on Thursday I had not seen or heard anything from their technician so started calling around the various phone numbers and they proceeded to ignore me for the rest of the day.  I sent another message to the owner of the company asking when I can realistically expect to receive my AC to which he never responded!  I finally threw in the towel after 4 weeks of delays and went with Premier Heating and Cooling instead.  They were able to get me scheduled for install the following business day.

    While there were issues getting a service call due to a number of issues, when Jarrod was finally able to be scheduled, he did are great job and resolved all issues. Services: Install thermostat, Install AC, Thermostat installation, Heating system installation

    Once I got home I saw the install was sub par. The line were left hanging and the Drain was not properly ran to the drain in the floor. Have had the unit for 11 months and the unit will not work. Shotty work all together. I have made multiple attempts over the last two months to contact them for repairs with ZERO RESPONCE. A BUNCH OF CONARTIST! RUN DO NOT USE THEM.....! Still charging me for monthly maintenance fees with no service. They have not been back to my house since install. GREAT VALUE ON THAT MONTHLY FEE>>>> Services: Install AC, Repair HVAC
